Service is a joke! Picked up my trash 1 time in a month and wants two months of payments! Even after paying them what they want it took two weeks for them to unlock the account after payments been made and three weeks to service me! Ridiculous! Yeah your reply is for non payment and it’s paid and still wasn’t picked up! Not the first time. It’s a joke!

Alexis, your credit allowance is accepted and appreciated but as I said yesterday, talk is cheap. Your Director AND Owners making ACTIONS take place and demand results to ensure the service that WE, your customers, pay for! I'll only consider changing my review after I see steady results. And as of today our garbage is still at the curb for day 8!!!

Garbage collection along our neighborhood is very inefficient. When we called we just had a reply of " I dont know what happened" from a lady. They dont know what is the problem, well that is NOT our problem. We asked for a prorated payment for a missed week, but we were answered "No. We will collect tomorrow."
That is 5 days later. Who knows when will they come. The next collection will be in 3 days. The weekly cycle is really messed up. We cannot even throw anymore trash bags due to it is already full. Our kitchen stinks. Very annoying. Bad service.

Camden / Wilcox County Resident:
We’ve had issues with pickup for over a year now. It’s always something; truck issues, weather, short staffed, can’t get to location…..yet we continue pay for subpar service. I’ve called too many times to count. You need to get it together and fix your issues. And now we have to deal with price increases - not cool, especially in today’s financial climate- people are struggling. Very disappointing. Do better!

It would be ZERO stars if I could. THE WORST SANITATION/TRASH SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Not one single week has went by where they did their job. I have to call someone EVERY SINGLE WEEK and tell them that our bill is paid in full (the REQUIRE you to pay for 3 months at a time) and they always say, "we'll make a note that you are not flagged." And then they still don't pick it up. The area I live in FORCES us to use them, and they are just a horrible company. I'm strongly considering filing a lawsuit. This is ridiculous. Since Martin raised their rates their service has worsened. Can’t remember the last time my trash has been picked on its scheduled date. They missed last week entirely. Trash is pilling up all over the neighborhood. If it’s equipment issues they should purchase replacement. If its employee issues management needs to step up and get the job done.

They are doing the best they can. The staff as been extremely helpful in keeping me informed of any problems. It’s easy to reach through text, and even this evening I was contacted by staff to make sure that my trash was removed. And told why they were later than usual. So it helps for the staff to contact me with answers and they did.
