I've been with this company since 2022 and they were phenomenal at first. In the last year it's really gone down hill. They must have an issue with staffing because you used to get the same person all the time and they knew what they were doing. The last three times I've needed help it's been someone new who doesn't have good customer service or knows how to help you. It's been really hard to update or change insurances with this company in the last year or so. They will ignore you and not help you when you reach out. I've been waiting 20 days now to get a response of updating my car insurance!! When Jesse was in charge things were perfect and whoever is running this company now is absolutely awful.

I’m changing my rating from 5 to a 2, but leaving my previous review below so as to reference the change. I used to call and get the same 1 or 2 people. I literally chose this insurance company because of the service and personable service I received in addition to the fact that I wasn’t calling into a call center. I am so disappointed that the last several times I called, I have never gotten the same person twice and experienced some language barriers. I’m not saying that they weren’t helpful at all, but the reason I chose this insurance was because of Jesse and the personable service I received. I’m disappointed in the changes as my previous experiences felt very different and I no longer feel like I am getting the same level of service.

I started working with Just Protect and Jesse almost 3 years ago. I was just starting my business and had been waiting for almost a week on insurance quotes from two other companies when I reached out to Jesse to get a 3rd quote. Jesse was able to get me a quote back before the other two companies could and was a much better rate. Since then I have switched all of my personal insurance needs and have added many vehicles and needed additional coverages on my business. Jesse has been absolutely amazing to work with and always goes the extra mile.

Jesse is a great insurance agent and available for his clients when they have questions or need help filing claims or adjusting coverage.
