My spouse and I have been without food for a month, and nobody should have to wait for a whole month to see if you're even get approved. My spouse is pre-diabetic, and low blood sugar. Because they're making us wait he has been in the ER because of his sugar levels. I'm happy that they are messing with people's lives when they know that people like us who needs food and have no access to get to the food banks. ALL OTHER STATES DO NOT MAKE YOU WAIT PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been since April I applied no response until I went to the office in June I turned in all paper work when I went back in the page didn't see anything until July where we were all denied to do nor putting in paper work when I did since the beginning and put it in twice my baby is sick and I haven't been able to take her to the clinic because I would have to pay a big some in order to do check ups and all. When I called they were like you didn't and when i gave them the specific date and everything they say oh I see you did....... they reopened my case and said it'll take the same amount of time this time I will be going to the office if I'm not heard on the phone I will be going to the office I'm not happy

I wish I could give no stars but the one star is for the one worker named Megan. She is a amazing but the rest of them are something completely different. This is a horrible facility. Go to another site. The staff is rude, disrespectful and dismissive.

I went to one of the human services off to drop off my paperwork they requested to finish my case but I had to stand in line for almost 2 hours. I still had to reapply because they didn’t finish my case in time. After I reapply I spoke to 10 different representatives regarding my case and I got 10 different answers. I’m still waiting to be approved. This doesn’t make any sense. Why aren’t these representatives doing their job in a timely manner? Us people doing everything they’re asking for but still have to wait 2-3 weeks to get a response or 10 different responses over time.
