This was my first time at this hearing examination. At this place, the office and the doctor that examined me was very professional, very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable. I was a little nervous when I came in but she assured me that everything would be nice and easy and quick.. And they seem to care for their patients and at this time I came in first and then I signed my husband up second. I highly recommend this place. The representative that initially assisted me when I called, was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He made the appointment for my father to have a hearing test done at home and made it so convenient for us. The individual came to our home to do the hearing test Was also very knowledgeable helpful and kind. I highly recommend anyone needing hearing aids to start here.

Dr. Hamilton was very professional and explained the exam thoroughly to my wife and I. After our tests he explained that my wife's hearing was good and did not require hearing aids. He said my hearing although not perfect, was not bad enough were hearing aids would improve my hearing. We were very happy , and relived with Dr. Hamilton's assessment.

This organization is committed to customer service from start to finish. They are a "middle man" for hearing aid centers and services. They also have relationships with other entities like USAA where those constituents can take advantage of less expensive options for comparable equipment. The best thing my personal agent offered me was a mobile hearing test option! They work with multiple hearing test companies to get you the best outcome for your needs.
