As an owner/builder on a garage conversion, Tyler worked with me through the design and planning phases to the completed Title 24 energy audit. He has very useful knowledge of what changes are needed, what can be left alone, and what the minimum requirements are. After completing the Title 24 audit I asked for a copy and reviewed it, then called him back to revise the plans. I realized that doing the minimum was not going to make a space that would be efficient to heat, the gas usage in particular was much too high, so we added the extra insulation needed and were able to downsize to a smaller heater. I cannot be happier with his abilities, communication and wealth of knowledge. Thank you, Tyler.
