They put in a new meter in March 2024. I just found out from or August bill that they didn't reconnect my solar. They are giving me the run around about fixing the issue or crediting my account. I am a 100% disabled veteran with a wife with cancer and they are trying to charge me for there mistake.

UPDATE BELOW::

I’m doing this for my aunt. The bill was in my uncles name and he passed away on January 2023. My aunt called SCE to have everything changed over into her name but they said that could not be happening because they wanted to speak to my uncle. My aunt said that was gonna be kind of hard because he was cremated, and she has a death certificate to prove it, but they will not change the Edison into her name. So now she can’t even get a senior discount. I would not trust SCE at all.

They turn off the power so frequently and at times it goes on for days!!! That's insane. How is this still possible?

We have been going back and forth trying to get power to our house. After a full month the planner finally had his plans complete and submitted for someone to check. It appears that there is no rush to get this done as we are still waiting. If there was another power company that could supply us with power I would do it asap and would advise others to do the same. This is the only obstacle standing in the way of getting into my new home and it more than frustrating

They will cut your power without warning and with only a reason they can justify. They abruptly shut off multiple subdivisions without warning for 24 hours on Thanksgiving day, while they went home to their families and had holiday dinner. Thousands were left to figure it out since SCE was not helpful nor informative. The day your fridge has the most food in it and you can't open it, otherwise it's guaranteed to spoil. This company is Insane. Not recommended.

This is not a payment center. Even though the website says it is. It takes you to a few Edison locations. Ontario office, Says its doesn't take payments, right on their door. If it's put on the door, means that people think its a payment center. Very misleading. Try to call to get information. But that's a wild goose Chase.

Why can't we keep the power on. I lived in Arkansas and they had snow storms and tornadoes and the power went off less than it does here. Utilities in California are a joke, either they cause massive fires or can work consistently.

This is a communist company that shuts off power in an area that has 10 mph winds and 0.1 tenth of mile down the road they have power. We have been without power now for almost 24hrs. Wake up ppl this is what a communist country looks like
