We worked with Ryan and had a great experience. He was very responsive and professional throughout the process. Jasmin was our project manager and kept us informed throughout the installation process. From signing to install was less than 3 weeks. After living in Oregon for twelve years I was stunned by the cost of electricity here in Bakersfield. Within a week of getting my first PG&E bill I was shopping for solar. I ultimately chose Ilum solar and the process couldn't have gone better. Owner Ryan Stenderup was on it! He was out right away, system installed in less than two weeks, and up and running shortly thereafter. I could not have been more pleased. I recommend them without reservation.

I am still in the process of having my solars fully connected to my utility company. However, thus far the company has maintained contact and keeps me informed on the status. There is a delay installation, however the company has taken responsibility for the delay. So far, I like their professionalism and their technicians have been very polite and professionals. I will update this comment and rating if my experiences changes. But overall, I recommend their services.

Worked with Ryan was prompt on time delivered on all he said on the time frame we decided. All his crew were respectful and communicated thru the whole process. I would not recommend any other company out there after hearing the horror stories. The know their business and product. Not some guys off the street with what a book says but real world expertise.

Inquired about solar through a friend, who happen to work for Ilum. He came out when it was convenient for us, measured the roof, and gave us a cost estimate in less than 1 week. We purchased solar for my house and have great results. Monthly bills have only been $10 and our solar loan is $161... which is the least amount I've ever paid PG&E. So glad to save money and using free solar energy during the day. Thanks Mike and Ryan
