Simplepower invented all this to avoid paying me:,,,,, to Martha, it looks like your customer is claiming that they were promised 12 months and a main panel upgrade as well. I show that there’s a hold on pay due to your job with SunPower until that job is figured out with Goodleap taking it over and paid out your account balance is in the negative Until Goodleap takes over that account and pays and also we are trying to figure out if we need to be paying Customer 12 month usage and getting a main panel upgrade done from your commission if that was promised. We have paid everything that is due to this point. As soon as anything else is owed you will be paid immediately following.
Simplepower said that they paid me everything but the 20% of one of my clients who installed Exo Simplepower has not paid me, Exo says that they already paid Simplepower and Simplepower says that Exo has not paid them yet, other client it was not clear about my commission, I do not believe that I was paid what corresponded ?‍♀️, and now about my other client I installed a second system with the faith that they would pay me for this one, but now I am in doubt. I was able to sell that second system with another installer, but I wanted to continue believing in Simplepower company. I think it was a very big mistake, all my work that I did was free.So sad I never get my commissions completely with this company. ? I am very disappointed and sad.
This company took my money, of 3 jobs, I got to a point where they blocked me just for asking about my commission and for claiming what was mine, but it's not going to stay like this because I'm going to take advice from lebor comision. If I can't get my money back, at least people will know little about Simplepower.

I had resisted going solar for several years. I was tired of the telemarketers, television adds and especially the sales pitches at my front door. When Simple Power’s representative Caleb Wright knocked on my door I was prepared to shoo him away like all the other solar reps. Something told me I should give him an opportunity to give me his spiel. I quickly realized all he wanted to do was give me all the facts of the benefits of getting solar. He did not try to pressure me into something I didn’t want. He answered every question and concern I had and ultimately everything he told me has been true and accurate. The contract and installation process went smoothly and within the timeframe he expected. My electric bills will be less than half of what I was paid last year and I will be able to set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature…not last summer’s 80 degrees. I appreciate Caleb’s honest, friendly and no pressure approach. I highly recommend anyone interested in getting solar to give Simple Power a call and do it quickly. No regrets at all. Mark RIehle
