This is a comment not meant to be rude but , so far, im not a fan of the Spanish music playing above me for all the neighbors to hear. Especially bc we have one in particular, who complains about everything, but I wouldn't be a fan of gangster rap or death metal either. I will change my rating if this does not continue for entire install and work gets completed properly.

So I had 12 micro inverters replaced and now the 12 panels are not showing up on my application. The installation was June 19 2024. I still have not received any confirmation of why. Now sun power is going bankrupt and sun solar sales rep Andrew McCormick has been very rude and not helpful in getting my situation resolved. I would be very concerned personally moving forward with him

They drilled holes through my roof and ceiling and thought the proper fix was wood putty on the inside and silicone on the outside TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE The owner said he would show up nd never did, said I misunderstood him ... no I didn't he just didn't show and made up that as an excuse. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
