I highly recommend Environmental Heating and Air without reservation. When our AC unit was failing and the Sacramento heat was above 100 degrees, their technician Tim Klapp came out immediately to assist us. My consultation with Mike Goater was extremely professional. He radiated trust and went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered. What stood out about Mike was his focus on understanding our family’s needs and ensuring we understood what we were purchasing and its long-term value. The skilled installation team of Eddie Saucedo and Chris was extremely friendly and went the extra mile throughout the process. Despite the 100-degree heat, these guys were hard-working beasts! They paid attention to the little details—painting the outside conduit, maintaining cleanliness, and carefully placing the unit and controls. I feel lucky and blessed to have used Environmental Heating and Air and want to spread the word about this diamond of a company!

Our system was serviced by John 9/5/2024. John was personable, courteous, professional, respected our property and did an outstanding job servicing our AC system. He was thorough, explained the testing he was doing, and even cleaned the fins on our compressor outdoors. He is the first technician that I've seen do that! He checked the capacitor and all in all, did a wonderful job of servicing our AC system. Maybe, next year, I'll ask for him to come service our system again.

Highly qualified and skillful Technicians completed the installation of a brand new Home HVAC System. Work was executed in an organized and systematic manner, from start to finish. Installation was done correctly with no need for rework. Work place was kept clean at all times. Excellent job performance.

Our HVAC replacement was completed today. The whole process from the start with Kevin to installation with Zachary has been a good experience. The teams, phone calls, and all appointments were professional, courteous, and on time. Many questions were answered with good information and analogies to ensure understanding. Costco has developed a great process and they picked the right HVAC company to represent them. A big thank you to Zachary today for installation and knowledgeable responses to my questions and setup of the system. Big thanks to Kevin for providing the various system options to meet our needs. Tim Knapp was very efficient and professional during his visit. We were hoping for better news but his explanation of issues with our A/C and estimate for a fix was appreciated. Now we’re waiting for a design team member to discuss replacement estimates. Oh yeah, Tim was able to make it here much earlier than scheduled which will allow us to meet with the design team the same day. Thank you Tim for the hard work on this brutally hot day!

Carlos and Tim are awesome. Both are super knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to get my AC working in the heat of summer ( temps >100 degrees).

Carlos did a fantastic job diagnosing that I had a leak from my compressor, but refilled my tank to ensure I had enough to keep the house cool.

Both came back combed through the system to make sure that was the only leak, then ordered the part and installed it within a week.

I’m very happy with my service from EHA, especially from Carlos and Tim.
