I had a leaking sprinkler. I was quoted a price and agreed. When I got home they told me it was much harder to fix than they thought and upped the price $200. They told me they would email my reciept. The next day, I had a sprinkler leaking that had not before so I called them saying I would like them to come look at that, and, that I had never recieved my reciept. That was 3 weeks ago and I have never heard back from them. Since then, I also discovered that they buried on sprinkler completely.

Worst lawn service. They were supposed to mow my lawn and take care of sprinklers and flower beds once a week for full service. They hardly came once a month. When asked why they didn’t come they always had an excuse and would say they would come the next day but never did. They were supposed to fix my and I paid for the service and they never fixed them. When asked when they would fix them they never returned my message. They also broke more sprinklers when they mowed and never replaced them. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Received a flyer at my door that stated they perform complete care (mowing, edging, weeding, flowerbeds, and trimming of bushes) for $60 for 2 times a month for front and back yard. When I spoke with Mr. Reynoso I reviewed all areas that needed to be trimmed, weeded, and attended to. Also asked that he give me a quote on replacing my timer/box for my sprinklers. They did the basic bare minimum the first time and stated they'd do full service the following week. The quality was not there, they missed bushes and weeds, and the ones they did do they got inside my pool. They forgot to do full service one week and only mowed the lawn and blew the leaves and when I messaged asking why, there was no apology or reason and only stated they would come back to do the rest. They also never looked at my sprinklers after asking. Cancelled service after a month and a half.

They installed my sod and sprinklers 3 years ago and got the job done within 2-3 days. they still take care of my maintenance till this day and my lawn looks just as good as it did when they first installed my yard. Definitely recommend.

So I was referred to Reynosos lawn service by not one but TWO Co workers and I didn’t know it was the same company until they both gave me the same business card lol and that’s when I knew I had to call them! Both my Friends install looks AMAZING and I Calle from a quote and I loved the price! I was a little concerned because I was given higher prices from other Gardner’s and when I hired Jorge his prices fit my budget and the work was GREAT! my yard and cement looks amazing I love it! I recommend them to all my friends. Please don’t listen to the bad reviews give them a chance and find out for your own how great these guys work!!

Jorge has been doing our maintenance for quite some time now and he's always been on time and does a great job, anytime I want something else done around my house he gets it done without a hesitation!

Couldn't have picked better lawn service. Mr. Reynoso and his staff are always in such great spirit, always friendly, & always follow my instructions without any hesitation as to what I want in my flower garden, trees, palm trees, and lawn! They always go the extra mile in making sure my lawn is the best one on the block! 🙂 would highly recommend "Reynoso Lawn Service!"

They used a weed eater to trim my flowers which just deformed the plants. They didn’t provide full service which I paid for. They didn’t come out one week for service. Paid for 4 weeks in a row then was moving to every other week. They didn’t even know how to trim shrubs.
