Chris and Valley Pigeon Pros were very professional and expeditious with their service. From when I contacted them, they had the job done in about 3 days. They did a great job cleaning around the solar panels and setting preventative measures to keep pigeons away in the future. They explained everything they did along the way.

Cant recommend enough. They did great work, and left the place much nicer than when they showed up. The roof is clean, the netting is up, and they cleaned all of the bird droppings around the house that were there before. Very fair pricing, amazing customer service, and great work. 10/10

We were at a loss as to how to keep the pigeons from nesting under several solar panel arrays on our roof. Then we found Chris at Valley Pigeon Pros. He suggested a heavy duty netting around each array, which we agreed to do. He showed up on the day/time scheduled. He did a thorough of cleaning not only the underside of the panels - but the panel surfaces as well. The netting was installed quickly and looks very sanitary, professional, and well-planned. Guessing the pigeons don’t care much for him, but we highly recommend both Chris and his services.

Nearly 7 weeks post install. The install on the mesh looks nice from what I can see but they failed me on so many other aspects.

First off they knew how many panels and what services I wanted. They knew what kind of panels I had and the type of roof tile. I wanted mesh guards and deterrent discs. So they quoted me without coming on site. Ok fine, whatever... it's a rough estimate I guess. The day of the job they wrap up and tell me they only did the guards but no discs. They didn't even talk to me until everything was packed into their truck. They had no intention of completing the job nor talked with me about it. They made that decision for me. I told them I wanted discs but he says not to worry the birds will go away on their own. They justified it was a harder job and that the invoice would not need correcting. I asked for corrections anyway because I think I deserve an accurate invoice. Invoice comes back modified to bill nearly the same. But here's the thing. They broke roof tile. They tried to deny it. Maybe they didn't believe me. They had no way of remedying the situation other than a $75-100 discount. They never discounted anything. In fact, I'm stuck with the repairs and now I need an inspection to make sure nothing else is broken that I can't see. In case your wondering $100 would not even come close to covering any of that cost. So now we know they don't have any type of plan to fix wrongs on their end. They offered to have "some guy" fix it. They couldn't confirm he's roof certified so that's a no. They also billed me for 14 hours of labor. It was a 2 man job that took 4hrs and 40 mins, nest cameras/doorbell cam and time stamps prove it. So I should be billed for a total of 9hrs and 20mins for two guys? Definitely wasn't. Is there a minimum? Wasn't discussed in any calls or texts and certainly not on any invoice.

Call it however you want. I was sold a false bill of goods. The job I asked for wasn't complete. It wasn't even a discussion. They were packed and leaving. So here I am almost 7 weeks post install and very unhappy. I'm the only one who got screwed here. I didn't withhold any payments. I put trust where I shouldn't have. Picture taken the day of this review. I still have a choir on my roof. Probably should have put the discs I was asking for, huh?

Came on such short notice! He did such an amazing job, and now the pigeons are gone and the netting is perfect. Definitely recommend!

I worked with Nathan and he was great! Got my house pigeon proofed, with timely responses on his quote, and getting me on the schedule quickly. I even had him come back and clean my solar panels. I wouldn't recommend any one else for the customer service, the pricing, and most importantly the completed work. Thanks guys.
