Eric was so helpful and thorough. He kept following up even after I had forgotten to do so. The price matched another company’s quote AND actually beat the output and price. Installation was a breeze. My only gripe is that only my wife is able to connect to our battery and they aren’t sure why that is.

First off, Chuck did a great job guiding us in our project. I gave done a lot of research regarding solar, and he was the first rep that actually understood my concerns. Second, the process was smooth for the reproof and installation. I must say, the installation team made the conduit and batteries look esthetically pleasing. Third, the follow up and instruction has been great; very thorough. Finally, the only complaint is how long permitting took. This is not Solar Negotiator's fault, just government and PG&E taking their time. Over all, VERY HAPPY. I will definitely recommend their services.

The long journey of debating to go solar finally was put to rest. 2 years of many inquiries and estimates with all of them trying to make a sale and push to get my business is now over. In the middle of summer of 2022 I reached out to solar negotiators via website, with in a few days I received a call from David, He went over my concerns and explained in details the pros and cons of every available option at no point did he make me feel he was pushing me to buy anything and at the same time he made it more of a friendly conversation rather than a sales pitch. He took all my information and had a estimate to what I wanted with some suggestions from him I was amazed by the lifetime warranty and maintenance my investment would come with. The more I investigated the more I realized he was very knowledgeable and was actually setting me up for success with my electrical bill rather than disappointment. I also inquired about having my electrical panel replaced due to it being old in what he gave me a price on that as well. The decision was made I was going solar. My final install was done in December and had me up and running. David and his crew made it happen. He was always giving me constant updates and was always very responsive to any questions and concerns. 2 month later after all was set and done, If I have a question with in minutes of reaching out to him he responds. He is consistent he has never failed to answer any questions. David thank you. Solar Negotiators really is fortunate to have you as part of the team.

The installation was a month earlier than originally thought. The install crew were fantastic, friendly and they explained whenever i asked questions. They did a nice neat and appealing placement of the batteries and electrical boxes. Would recommend Solar Negotiators for your solar needs!!!

This is a terrific solar company. My 40 panel home solar project was completed fast and the power company had me connected the next day! They even matched the paint on the stucco after replacing the main panel. They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I would recommend them highly.
