They don't even deserve 1 star, I was forced to click on 1. I hired A Peoples Choice in June of this year to facilitate the probate of my late father. They failed to fill out a single form correctly. I was turned down by the Judge to get my letters of administration 3 times because of defective documents. They cost me an additional $2000 in court and publication fees because of their negligence. They made the entire process so stressful and difficult with their lengthy emails filled with legal ease, broken links, etc. I knew more info from the real estate brokers who troll the probate court dockets than what I learned from APC. They almost cost me my father's only asset which is his house which was in foreclosure. I hired someone else to get the job done correctly. Please save your sanity and pocketbook and avoid this terrible company.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I can't say enough wonderful things about "A People's Choice" and everyone I have had contact with. They make the process seamless and simple to follow through their online portal, in addition to giving you plenty of emails with clear directions. And if you still have troubles, they can help you out over the phone. I was dragging my feet on my case and was coming close to my deadline. They were very good about reaching out to me with friendly, yet firm reminders. Yes, there is a cost for everything -- but the time & headache they saved me on trying to do all the paperwork on my own was priceless! I didn't have to worry about a thing. I paid for RUSH/Priority servicing and if you can afford it, I suggest you do the same. So very happy with this firm. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any court or legal document preparation service. Based on my experience, anyone who gave a one-star obviously couldn't follow basic directions. If you can do that, you will be thrilled with this firm, too!

I worked with A People's choice for adult adoption and the right from my initial conversation with them and going thru the process, they made this a very convenient and easy process. The paperwork was perfect and court proceeding was very smooth, it took 20 minutes in the court to complete. They are very good with quick response with any questions. I am very happy working with them to complete a very important event in my life.

OMG!!! What a smooth process worth every cent! Everytime I called, wrote a message I received a response right away and was able to speak to someone each time. All I had to do was complete the adoption application, pay and the rest was taking care of. What an easy process and experience. I am a very busy women and my mother and I couldn't follow-up with everything and file documents with the court. We used A People's Choice and everything was taken care of. We cried and took pictures with the judge and the adoption at the court house was as simple as a stroke of a pen. Thank you to everyone who worked on our case. You made this new family very, very happy!!!

They advertise being just a legal document prep service and that they don’t give legal advice etc. fine. Called and told them I needed help prepping unlimited civil case paperwork. Once I mentioned to them that I was suing an LLC, they suddenly said “oh, we don’t do that”… huh? So you prep this SAME paperwork for everything else, but when it comes to suing a specific type of company, you guys suddenly are incapable of filling out the paperwork? What on earth does it matter who I am suing? This company is hired strictly to put the paperwork together, but that’s obviously false advertising, as they seem to have a vested interest in protecting certain people/business by refusing to help you. There’s literally no reason for them to refuse to work on my case, they are only filling out the packet and that’s it, but yeah. Don’t waste your time with this place and please take your business elsewhere. They are biased, and that is clear.

I had a wonderful experience with People’s Choice. They helped me settle probate on my mom's estate after she passed. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful if I had any questions. I would highly recommend them.

This place doesn’t communicate with you until after you pay a non refundable $350. And if you think you have an easy case, they say you should pay more. I had better luck going to my courthouse. This place sucks.
They don’t communicate well.
