We had a big mold problem in our house and the guys from A-Z Asbestos Abatement Services came and got it taken care of faster than we could've hoped for! Dan is the best at his job, very professional and reliable guy.

Not very responsive.

Not sure what they mean by “open 24 hours”.
The technician that was expected to show up for our appointment is a no show. I have been trying to contact them for well over an hour on all the contacts I have. Their office phone number, email, and the phone number of the representative I scheduled the appointment with. The voicemail is disabled on the representative’s phone, no one picks up the office phone and they are not responding to any of the messages and text I have left. I have seen the 2 reviews online which looks good and hope my experience is not representative of their actual work. The reason I gave the a 3 is because I can not attest to their actual work but on their responsiveness to customers so far, I would give them 1 star. “Open 24 hours” is misleading especially when no is there to respond or answer calls and correspondences. I wish them well but they need to improve on this aspect of their business. Otherwise it will deter a lot of business. First impressions matter.
