I called A1 to come pump/clean out my septic tank. I told them where my cleanout was and after digging the lid off they pumped the water side of my septic system. They told me that I would need a tractor to dig up the inlet side/water side of my tank and quoted me $900 to perform this or replace my lid $1100. I told them I would find the inlet cleanout. The day after they left I uncovered the inlet side less than 3 feet from the outlet and only 10 inches deep. Had they probed around for 3 more minutes the whole job could have been completed in one day for the quoted price of $500. Instead I had to pay for them to come back and finish the job they started. In dealing with everyone on the phone and in person they were kind. I just didn't expect to have to oversee my own septic tank cleanout and pay extra for their mistake. 1st in Picture is location they dug, 2nd in picture is what they should have found in the first trip. This cost me $275 more plus I had to dig it all up.

Would not recommend to anyone. Had them come to a house for a septic cleaning and inspection. Before they lifted any dirt, I was told the tank would need a new $2500 lid to pass their inspection. They literally had not seen the tank (or lid!) yet or even moved the first piece of dirt. I had a bad feeling after hearing they had already "found" $2500 worth in repairs before they started, so I told them they could move along. Had another company come out this morning to do the inspection and pumping. They dug the tank up, confirmed it was in good condition, and worked totally fine. They said, if anything, we could add risers for a cost of $550 to make it easier next time and confirmed a new $2500 lid was completely unnecessary. Would not recommend them and would definitely get a 2nd or 3rd opinion on whatever they say you "need".

A1 ENVIROMENTAL, Does it right from start to finish. Cleaned up My yard like it was their own. His quote on the system was cheaper than others. Rod was very professional and Polite. He made time to explain and answer everything I needed to know. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They did this install in February of 2022 and it obviously went bad, been trying to get them out to fix this since 6/16/22 with little to no response

Failed to correctly locate the septic tank, even with flushing a device for $175. They said the tank was under concrete, and the buyer of my house was able to back out and get their ernest money back. Turns out, the septic tank was not under concrete... and our house is now listed as "back on the market",

We have used A-1 septic tank services for over 20 years they have always been very responsible and respectful and if you have any questions they take the time to listen and answer them . If there's any problem's they let you know ahead of time and what the cost would be to fix before doing so . . We would highly recommend A-1 septic tank over any other septic companys ..

WOW! I will be using A1 in the future. I woke up with septic tank issues, I needed my tank inspected and pumped ASAP. I called several local septic companies before I found A1 Environmental. The other services told me I would have to wait. It couldn't be today. A1 showed up the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working the way it should be.
