A-1 came and did work on my grandmother’s house because she had a bad mold problem in her basement and I would 100% do business with them again. The owner David was super personable and even cleaned my late grandfathers army uniform that was covered in mold. His crew cleared the basement out so quick but if they saw something that looked like it had sentimental value to us they would bring it up and ask if we wanted to keep it. They saved some cool home videos, pictures and my grandfather’s dog tags. I really appreciated their quick but great work. Great company!

Dave went far above and beyond to help our family get through a difficult mold situation caused by a shodddy roof repair. Very friendly and professional. Dave came out the next day to take a look. Gave me an estimate that night (very reasonable price) and the very next day, he had his guys at my house to clean out the mold. I was very very pleased with their work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Dave (and his crew) at A-1 Mold did a great job remediating mold from our kitchen cabinets and under the cabinets (that was left from the previous owners of our house). Dave's workers were very kind and friendly and loved what they were doing. I felt very comfortable having them in my house for 2 days during the remediation process. Dave and his team was very thorough and Dave did a great job putting together a mold report for us. I would be more than happy to hire them again but I hope I don't have to!

We had a botched restoration job done in our attic. Dave and his team was very knowledgeable, responsive and had great customer service! We were able to get our attic fixed for half the price we were thinking we'd have to spend. So thankful to have this done and they did a great job!

Dave Bayne and A1 were great to work with. Dave listened to our concerns and thoroughly answered every question and then some. Dave completed a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of our house which included a tight attic-access door. At our request just to be safe; he also collected air quality samples which were sent to a 3rd party testing lab. The lab results were consistent with and confirmed the conclusions made by Dave during his inspection; that we did not have a mold problem and that remediation was not needed. Dave was on time, did a professional job and got everything done in a couple of business days at his reasonable and quoted prices. I would highly recommend Dave Bayne and A1.
