Excellent customer service. I have been in a bind twice. Both times I called A-1 Septic and was immediately helped by this company. They are very professional and were eager to help. The Office Lady (Phyllis I think) is very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend them.

I selected Tom and his team at A1 Port A Ports to design and install a new septic system for my off-grid property in Cochise County. Tom the owner, has worked with me personally to go through every aspect of the system so that I understand the how's and why's. This was very important to me personally. He has made the process completely seamless, handling all the permits, paperwork and my MANY questions. Even with the rising costs of EVERYTHING right now, I found his quote to be very reasonable. Cannot ask for more than great service and good prices! Would highly recommend these folks!

Had problems with septic. Called owner Tom since he had done the septic inspection just months prior. He said he would come out and look at it. Kept blowing me off. No communication and weeks go by...he never showed. I would NOT recommend wasting time or money on this company. He is not a man of his word!!!

Amendment. The owner Tom called me and he was very apologetic about all this. He explained how unfortunately the ball just got dropped and that does happen in businesses sometimes so I am trying to be very understanding since he was very nice and very apologetic he felt very bad about the whole situation. So I would like to say that Tom seems to be a very nice guy and I would probably go ahead and give him the chance if you need help.

Tom and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. When you call they actually answer the phone and they work to get your issue resolved and scheduled. While they had not initially put in our septic system within seconds Tom was able to access information on it and begin to problem solve. Cody did a quality job, including replacing the bolts to make it easier to access the filter in the future if needed and cleaned up everything. I will definitely use them for all my future septic needs.

I have been using Tom at A1 Port A Potties for all my septic needs for years. Tom has always finished jobs in a timely manner and at better prices than any of the surrounding competitors. He is highly knowledgeable about septic systems and a very genuine, kind person that will do everything he can to help you out! I highly recommend him!

We live WAAAYY out in the boonies, but Keith came out and did a fabulous job on our over-due-to-be-cleaned-and-drained septic. Another company had said we probably would need a new system but Keith dug up the tank, drained it, checked the leach field and confirmed that everything is AOK. AI is a busy company so it may take a while for them to come out if not an emergency, but worth the wait. They are honest and easy to deal with.

We tried renting a porta potty for a party called 2 weeks in a row. Office lady said she would get back to us and never did she said she was very busy So we had to get one out of Wilcox would have liked to keep the business local but apparently they were too busy for our business.
