I would give A1A Solar Contracting 10 stars if I could but the system limited me to only 5. I had an excellent experience with having A1A Solar Contracting install my Tesla solar system on my house. It all started with Chris G. coming by the house; he was very professional and was not a pushy salesman. He provided a very informative presentation of my proposed solar system, the benefits, with sound recommendations based on my needs and goals for renewable energy. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process.
Ellen C., Angie R., Virginia J., John C., and Cliff L. did an excellent job of designing my Tesla Solar system. Use of the Bodhi App made it so easy to keep track of the entire process and progress of my project. It also served as a one-stop shop to communicate with everyone as well. They took care of all the essential behind-the-scenes paperwork with the engineering, drawings, county permits and net metering documentation with FPL.
Once the work started, A1A Solar sent out a team of expert technicians. Nick, Carlos, Warren, Nate, and Josh came out and did a beautiful job of installing my 65 panels, 6 Tesla Powerwalls (4 Powerwall + and 2 Powerwall II) and 2 Gateway 2’s. The installation of all the equipment was clean and very impressive. They connected my system to my Tesla App without any issue. Nick, Carlos, Warren, Nate, and Josh worked fast and efficient; I definitely appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything that they were doing with daily onsite updates. With the complexity of my system, it took multiple trips to get everything set to perfection. The technicians did a thorough job of ensuring that everything was configured and operating at peak performance. Thanks John, Nick and Carlos for coming out that last day for everything that you did, it was great having you out here.

I installed a complete solar panel and Tesla battery backup system with A1A Solar about 2 years ago. Chris G. my salesperson was the most informed person I talked to when researching 3 companies serving this area. The install was excellent and the president of the company showed up the day of install, to see what I thought, which I thought was pretty cool.
Recently, I needed an upgrade on software and worked with Jay in service, the day of my inquiry to check my system, upgrade the software and will follow up to make sure the system is working properly. He called me to give me an update and ask if I had any other questions the same day. If you are interested in a solar system I would highly recommend A1A Solar and talking with salesman Chris G.

Jay with A1A Solar did an outstanding job coordinating the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels as part of our roof replacement. A1A installed our solar panels in January 2020. During the hurricane last week we had some leakage under one of the panels that came through our ceiling.
SHORT STORY: Good Choice for installation and follow-up on solar panels!
LONG STORY: We called A1A and they were good about coming to check the panels. They determined the leak was at a bracket for one of the panels. We expected to have roofers come to repair the roof, but A1A said they could repair the leak on the bracket and if it doesn’t solve the problem, they will come back again to take the panels down for roofers to repair it. This was all done gratis as they were the solar panel installers. We were impressed! Thank you A1A for standing behind your product and your outstanding service!

Jay and Jenny did an awesome job troubleshooting and guiding me through the reconnection process of my equipment. Ensuring that I get the full benefit of the system and to address any warranty covered equipment that may need replacing.

Diligently covering all bases and aspects of solar, back up battery and future equipment. I am looking forward to my Stage 2 Charging station install. This will be the third item that I would have purchased and installed by A1A Solar through the last 6 years.

What can I say! I had my system installed by Suntuity Solar. The process was one of the worst experiences we have ever went through with a company. Nothing they said was true and once we signed the contract, they were nearly impossible to reach. My system was turned on, but I was never instructed how to use it. The Tesla Powerwall was drained and stop working 10 months ago. Multiple power outages and they never worked correctly. Found out the my installer went out of business and went bankrupt. I found A1A Solar Consultant Company on the web and contacted Jay. Nothing but great reviews and after not getting any help anywhere, this was my last resort. Jay was amazing at troubleshooting and letting me know my issue. The Powerwall started working after 10months and everything is working correctly. Thank you to A1A Solar and Jay for all the help. My investment after 3 years of not working properly is now up and running beautifully. Thank you so very much. Also, I was able to switch my entire service over to them as maintainers. I will never have to worry about who I can call to get help. So satisfying to know that.
