Hurricane Ian left us with a large amount of scrap aluminum. It was too much for us to transport anywhere, but Alan from A2Z came to collect our scraps. He and his helper made short work of loading over 1,000 pounds of aluminum which he took away. He had cash for me 2 days later (I was unavailable the next day). Alan was very pleasant to work with and responsive to my phone calls. The entire experience was much smoother than I could have hoped.

Alan returns texts promptly, and gives a fair price for your scrap. He's also a very nice guy. After one visit (I showed up without calling first, but no one was there.) I called him and left a message. He promptly returned the call and gave me a time to come back. Because of this I called him again this a.m. because I had some scrap but no means of getting it there, and would he take it away for free? He texted me back and said he'd ask around and sure enough within 10 minutes he texted again to say that someone would be there shortly. And they were. He didn't have to bother, but he did and that's impressive.

I'll echo other reviews in that the owner is who you deal with and the overall experience was positive, Alan is easy to talk to and takes all the time necessary to walk you through - and help you - in get the most bang for your scrap = $$$$$

After Ian, we needed a new roof but the workers left such a mess. Alan and his team came in and cleaned all the scrap and debris in a timely fashion. They were a no hassle relief. Highly recommend.
