I cannot say enough good things about AA Tech Roadside Solutions. After our car’s electrical system was completely fried by the complete negligence of Edmond’s Towing who tried to jump our Subaru with their 48V tow truck, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, my partner and I were stranded in Lebec, CA with no idea how we’d get home. That’s when Robert from AA Tech Roadside came to our rescue.

From the moment we called, their customer service was phenomenal. They were empathetic, professional, and committed to helping us out despite the busy holiday weekend. Robert arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease with his expertise, honesty, and kindness. He carefully loaded our car onto the tow truck and drove us all the way to the dealership service center.

Being stranded far from home during the holiday weekend was a complete nightmare, but AA Tech Roadside turned it into a reminder of there are still good, honest, and hardworking people out there. If you’re ever in need of a reliable, compassionate, and professional tow truck service, I highly recommend, and in fact urge you, to call AA Tech Roadside (DO NOT CALL EDMOND’S TOWING). They truly went above and beyond, and we’ll always be grateful for their kindness.

AA Tech Roadside Solutions went above and beyond their services! My engine blew going up the Grapevine at 1am and I was panicking because I didn’t know what to do or who to call. I saw some great reviews on AA Tech and took the leap to call. Thank God I did! A truck arrived to me within 10 minutes and I was offered a tow at a reasonable price to my destination in LA. Adam was the driver who helped me and he was extremely kind and interpersonal during the entire service. Loading and unloading my car was very speedy. I felt very safe and taken care of the entire ride to my destination. I am so thankful that Adam was able to arrive when he did. I was pulled over onto the small shoulder close to where the semi trucks drive. I was very worried that if I had stayed there for too long, I would’ve been hit by a semi either from them not seeing me or from one falling asleep and drifting out of their lane. Being charged out was very easy as well since he also takes tap! This is the very first I’ve seen a tow company with tap, most I’ve seen still only use the old school sliders. I am so happy with my service and would definitely recommend AA Tech Roadside Solutions to my friends and family!

AA Tech Roadside Solutions is hands down, best towing company I have ever used! Very genuine and friendly service! They were very careful with the loading of the car and extremely helpful in helping me park the vehicle where I wanted it to be when we got to the destination. I don’t think I’ll ever use another towing company again! Even the drive there, they were driving with care and caution, unlike other towing companies I’ve used who have been known to drive reckless. I can’t thank Adam Amato enough for all his hard work and service! I will seriously always recommend anyone to call AA Tech for all their tows!

Had the pleasure of meeting Adam, such a great wholesome guy! I was waiting since 840pm for a tow truck to arrive. Had to call my ins to dispatch multiple times and have a new towers sent, and within 15 minutes Adam from AA Tech solutions came and help me and even apologized for me having to wait so for long previously company! Arrived at 10:30pm after requesting a new at 10:15pm. Exchanged small talk and the ride was pleasant very professional! Though it’s not a good thing if you need a tow, but if must I would hope it’s AA tech!! Five stars wishing you nothing but best!

I first contacted AA Tech Road Side when I was stuck out in the San Fernando valley and needed to be towed to Lancaster Ca. NO ONE was able to get me home, AA Tech was not only able to get the job, but he did it at a reasonable price ! Months later, I needed six thousand pounds of procurement picked up and transported from north Hollywood to Lancaster. Again, AA was able to take care of me . All while making sure he transported to delivered materials safely but also at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Adam for any transportation need, he does it all!

10/10 experience with this company. Adam the owner came out within 45 minutes straight to me. I’ve used triple A in the past and don’t have it anymore because of the issues I’ve dealt with them. AA tech is the ONLY company I’m using now moving forward for any car troubles I have. A great guy and great service.
