We received EXCELLENT service from AAA Appliance Service Center to fix our Samsung dryer!! They were in constant contact with us about our parts that were arriving and about the status of our technician and made sure we knew how to reach them with any questions! Our technician DAVE was absolutely the best!! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable!! He arrived on time and fixed our dryer very quickly!! I highly recommend this company and DAVE! Deon was great. We had a warranty issue with our electric oven. It was easy to schedule an appointment for service and Deon arrived with the time window and quickly diagnosed our problem. He needed to order replacement parts and when they had them, AAA scheduled the installation. Again Deon arrived right on time and quickly replaced the defective part and stayed as it started up to make sure there were no issues. It is great to be notified of ETA and being able to track the technician. Deon was friendly, explained everything he found as well as the needed repairs. He was considerate of our property and was thorough in every aspect. I would recommend AAA Appliance service again and certainly give them and Deon a Five Star rating!!

AAA was excellent to work with. We had them out to repair the ice maker in our freezer. Our tech was great. Super friendly, courteous, and even cleaned up the inside of our freezer for us. He was even able to deal with the fact our freezer was in a tight space. (He was a dog lover too which helped with our spastic puppy.). I would highly recommend them for any repair needs.

We had to have warranty repairs on our LG refrigerator. AAA Appliance came to do the work. Their entire process for the service was great. They communicated clearly about when the technician would be at our house. They sent email and text reminders. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He ordered the correct parts the first time. When he returned to install the parts, he did it very quickly and the repair was successful. I would call and recommend AAA Appliance for any appliance repairs.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I scheduled a washer/dryer repair – there was a slow leak coming from the unit. I called and scheduled a tech to come out. I was told on the phone the service would be $160 plus the cost of materials. The tech arrived on scene (I was not there but was managing the process remotely). The tech called me (his name was Isaac) and told me it would cost $500 for him to pull the unit out and inspect it. The unit is a stacked washer/dryer situated in a closet. I believe he saw the unit and did not feel like pulling it out so told me it would be $500. He also told me there was an extra charge as the apartment was in the city – this was the first I had heard of a city surcharge. After some back and forth on the phone with the tech he told me he was going to leave and I would not be charged. I also spoke to representatives on the phone at this time and they told me the same thing. At this point I was frustrated with aaa appliance, but since there was no charge I wasn’t frustrated enough to write a negative review. Then, six weeks later I get charged for $160. I immediately call their customer service and the rep had no information or power to resolve the situation (his name was Don). He told me a manger would get back to me as soon as possible. I hear nothing and call them back at the end of the day – still no manager available but he said they’d call me back the next day. It’s now two days later and I’ve heard nothing, the charge is still on my credit card. I feel I’ve been lied to multiple times in this process. First about the cost, then that I wouldn’t be charged, and again that a manager would call me to resolve the issue. There is clearly a communication issue in this company – I would not recommend that anyone do business with them.

Highly recommend Triple AAA Appliance. Excellent communication throughout the whole process via text. Also Terry, our service associate, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable regarding our Frigidaire Refrigerator. Diagnosed problem quickly and returned to install replacement part quickly.
