Stay far away from these hacks. I was out of state when my wife called to have our tank pumped out. Called A-Ace on a friends recomendation and what a huge mistake. After finding the tank they excavated and cracked the tank cover causing a considerable amount of dirt to fall into the tank. After completeing the pump out they put the cracked cover, the one they broke, back on. No offer to replace or repair. They got a garbage bag to cover the large crack to , I guess to keep more dirt from falling into the tank. I guess they needed something more firm so the used a used, crushed pie plate!! They covered the cracked cover with a garbage bag, then flattened a pie plate and put that on top of the bag and crack and then backfilled. just a bad, a lot of dirt had fallen into the tank cause whn they backfilled it left an 8" deep hole and they just covered it with the original grass hoping no one would step on it. WRONG. while mowing the yard she stepped into the hole and twisted her ankle and so I dug it up to see what they did. See pics.

Had regular service including pumpout of tank today. I can not believe there is a better company out there than this one. Gave me quote on phone, showed up on time, and completed the job expeditiously. Very cordial crew who cleaned up afterwards. All at a very reasonable price. They definitely earn the high review scores they have. Thank you guys for a job well done.

They came out very quickly, assessed my situation and told me we needed our septic pumped. They came back the very next morning and took care of it. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. The pricing was also much better than another company I used to use in the past. Thank you so much! I am writing this review two-fold, I myself have used Ace Septic and they were the BEST, between working with Ginger in the office to David coming out to help me, more than once. The second part of my review is for my sister, Deanna, I referred her to Ace and they were quick to come out, assess the situation and create a solution, they were kind, courteous and knowledgeable, she says thank you to Ginger, David, Bob and Isaiah for your help, professionalism and excellent work. Not to mention affordable for both of us!! We would give more stars if Google would let us!!

Great Company and very responsive!! Called at 0630 and got an immediate answer and was told let me go to the office and we'll call with a better time. Thanks and no problem.

In 2 hours they were at the house and addressing my septic issues. We thought the tank was full but it was a clog that we didn't know about. David was very informative and respectful while at the house. Great service, Excellent customer service, and Top notch company. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome! Company came out quickly, same day. Pumped the tank and cleared the blockage, showed me how my system worked. Very knowledgeable. I learned what to do when it happens again. He even brought plans showing all the work all the way from when it was built so I know everything that's happened to it.

Our septic tank filter became clogged. Bob and Elijah came out as scheduled, polite and professional. Explained what they were doing and how to take care of our septic tank in the future. Left the site nice and clean. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I needed an emergency septic tank drain. They were quick to respond and fast and super efficient. He even cleared the main problem of a clogged main line by sucking it all out. Amazing and friendly service. Good price. I more than highly recommend them for all your septic needs. Bob Kaufman the technician gave me great advice on how to prevent future issues as well.
