The experience with this AAMCO was SUPERIOR. Mike was willing to look at my car to address the concerns I was experiencing to advise, very transparent and trustworthy. I had some clunking that was not normal and I was concerned the issue was going to be the transmission that was still under warranty with another location. I was skeptical to go to the previous location as I didn’t feel that I received personal care, therefore lacked the trust to go out of my way to return. I couldn’t be happier as a girl with mechanical knowledge but feel I often get “girl treatment”. I will definitely return for future car care. My car is back to where it should be, running smoothly, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I was offered a ride back to work while I left my car for service. All I got to say is Mike is amazing. Took a really long time to figure out my transmission situation but everytime I came in he made sure they took care of me immediately and kept me updated on anything new that has changed. It took about 4 months so I’m not gonna lie I was getting upset but every time I spoke with Mike I could tell he really cares about his customers and assured me this is not a normal situation and that he would make sure it gets taken care of. If anyone else is sitting in that chair besides Mike just leave I’ve never had the customer service Mike was able to provide and I appreciate the hell out of that man and I will always be going back to him. Thank you Mike!

Wonderful experience at AAMCO. My car suddenly broke down nearby and I suspected it was transmission related. Came here thinking that but turned out to be a small brake issue.

The AAMCO guys and Mike were very pleasant to work with while they quickly fixed my vehicle. I was back on the road in 2 hours! I got lucky it was a slow morning, but it was still a life saving experience.

My sister brought her Camry in here to get looked at they price gouged her and she is still unable to drive her car. We had to take the car to another shop because I don’t believe they know what they are doing here. Stay away.

They are definitely not honest and no one seems to know what the other is doing. There is no team here just people blaming others for their mistakes.
