Highly recommend this business. The entire process from Jessica answering all our questions over the phone to Randy coming out for the estimate to the installation crew was very smooth and professional. If you are need of a new fence please give them a call. You won’t regret it, we sure didn’t!

Called and set up an appointment for them to install my fence. I was amazed in how they set it up on the same day. Very impressed with them they're very professional. The guys were friendly and polite they worked very hard that day. I felt bad because the sun was brutal on them but they managed to make it through even though it rained on and off. The staff in the office Randy and Jessie are courteous and friendly as well they'll work with you from start through finish. I'm happy that we chose this company to have our fence installed. I highly recommend them!

Best experience from start to finish. Very professional estimate from Randy. He was kind, helpful, very fair priced. Came to our house, had an estimate before he left. Scheduled the day & time to set post. They arrived on time, smiles on their faces, very friendly and not only did they set the post accurately, they did our entire yard in less than 2 hours. Next day they came out to put the fence up. They hopped right to it working their butts off and in less than 3 hours they had the fence attached, the bottom cable buried and everything wrapped up. I would highly recommend Aaro Fence. I had many choices to choose from and they were only 1 of 5 fencing companies that bothered to return my call. But honestly, from the moment I met Randy, I knew he was the man that would get the job. He didn't pull anything trying to get an extra buck out of me. His price was exactly what he said it would be, no hidden expenses. Very impressed with the crew that came out to do the work. Had a nosey neighbor come over & try to get involved in where the fence was being set and they handled it like a champ. Definitely professional, trustworthy, good crew and business. Very happy with our new fence. Our dogs love it too!

Be aware when they are working pouring the cement into post hole. In my case, there were posts without cement or lack of it! Also some vinyl panels were very loose.

Looking for a new fence, stop and call Randy. I have worked with many contractors in pasco county and this is thee only one that didnt give me any problems. They even waited on my HOA for approval 2 months and pricing never changed. They came out, did their job and did amazing. No issues. Didnt have to come back and fix anything because it was done correctly. Thank you for being an easy company to work with. Also cheaper than two other quotes that had less of a rating. Thank you all around! From front office, to Randy, to the two installers!

Would give zero if I could due to the impoliteness and horrible scheduling system. I’m glad they ruined my chance of giving them my money. Apparently when you schedule a FREE estimate appointment they email to confirm 2hrs before and if you don’t respond they cancel. I’ve waited a week just to be canceled on the day of. I politely mentioned I wish the confirmation was sent yesterday, 24hrs before. The representative in office quickly and rudely replied “Well we all have families and don’t work Sunday so that wouldn’t happen” ironic because my mother and brother JUST passed away leaving me with no family and the fence estimate is part of the clean up / organization of their old home. A simple “we’re closed Sundays” would have worked. Or perhaps, a new and better automated system that controls confirmations via text- not an email day of.

This company is amazing. They have been patient working with us because we are building a pool that is impacting the fence build. They have taken installments to be fair as the progress is happening. They are polite and friendly. This is our 2nd time getting a fence installed with them and I wouldn’t have it any other way. They are the definition of the perfect company!

Very nice people. I stop by from time to time for parts for my aging chain link fence. They always stop whatever they are doing to find everything I need the second i walk in (even though I'm only looking for small cheap parts)

When it comes time to replace my fence they will be my first call for sure.
