Just had 6 windows installed today from Abaco Windows and we are so happy! From the ordering, scheduling to the install everything was smooth. The installers were great, explained everything for the final inspection that our city requires and cleaned up any mess they made. Smooth and quick install! We are so happy that we went with Abaco and not the big box stores where you are just a number. We would definitely recommend Abaco Windows and it’s great to support small independent businesses.

I had abaco do all the windows in my house in different stages. When they were first installed I thought they looked great then it only took a few weeks to notice the poor installation. Caulking failed on multiple windows that ended up letting a draft come into the rooms. The worse part was we had to redo some brick and when that was taken down we notice they didn't even screw the windows into the frame of the house! It took 2 months for them to come back out and set the windows back so it would actually line up with the window frame. When they did this they ended up cracking our brick mortar around several windows that I then had to fix myself. They also damaged some of the tracks on the windows so when you open the window it catches on a lip. Over time this will cause significant breakdown and damage to the window pane. The pictures down below show all problems that occurred. One of the most concerning things is this is apparently one of the most reputable window companies in volusia county.

The experience was great starting with consultation and estimate from Troy, to final measurements installation and completion of final checklist items. Very trustworthy and responsive ownership with Crystal and Cuba. Installers were friendly and courteous and and entire office staff. Always maintained a clean workspace leaving now scraps behind. Even removed old rusty shutter bolts, filled stucco holes and installed matching stucco bands around windows.

Highly recommended for your window projects. Very satisfied

I’m in the first stages of replacing all the windows in a house that was built in the 1960’s. I met with the salesman who measured the windows and discussed my options and possibilities. In a timely manner he emailed me the estimate. I then met with him and two of his associates and went over the estimate, more precise window measurements were taken, the timeline was discussed, all my questions were answered and I signed a contract for the replacement of the windows.
I was impressed how smoothly this process went and how professional the salesmen were.
I look forward to the next phase of my project.
Thus far I would definitely recommend the Abaco Windows to anyone who is wanting to replace their windows.

Abaco installed 44 Windows flawlessly in my property 5 years ago. Two of those window pans fogged up the seal between the glass apparently gave away. They sent their repair man out. New glass was installed on the window as good as new at no cost. Guarantee is terrific, service after the sale Is Excellent!

Excellent! I had four windows installed today. ABACO Holly Hill crew was on time, courteous, clean up, all perfect! Before they left we did a walk through of each window and all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I am now in process of ordering two doors. I appreciated that they gave me suggestions of options I had not considered....options that don't cut corners or lessen quality of product...but still save money in the long term. ABACO Holly Hill attention to detail and customer service won me over! I made the right and best choice! 😃 👍 Thank you!

We were amazed at Cuba and his workers attention to detail. He came, along with four of his employees, to switch around the opening of a three panel patio door and to adjust the opening of our two panel front door. They didn't really have to spend so much of their time, it took hours. I'm sure the switching around and adjusting could have been done much quicker but they made sure that the slider worked as smoothly as possible and that the two front doors closed perfectly. And to top it off they did it on their warranty, no charge. We actually switched the slider openings, there was a mix up in the order, after the slider was installed. We were in no rush to have it switched as we had other project going on. But when we asked, "can you get it switched" they stepped right up and did the jobs. I can easily say that Cuba and his team were the best contractors that we have ever delt with. Can you imagine having such great service, and totally at our discretion as to when. We were treated like new customers even after two yrs. And Cuda's personality, and that of his staff, is as if they are your BFF.
