ABC Roofing and Solar installed new shingles at our home and they did absolutely stellar job. From top to bottom, start to finish. Our case was a bit complicated and there was some problem solving that needed to be done. ABC was totally professional, respectful and had great communication. Above Board Construction was chosen because I was told that they can install solar and also replace my roof. I signed a contract in February 2024 and although the company is based in Redding, CA I was also told there was a crew on the coast where I live in Trinidad, CA. The salesman who told me this has since been fired. He also told me that the battery I needed would work as a generator. This was also incorrect and the price of my project increased significantly because of his error. The roof was installed in early August of 2024 and the solar was started sometime in October. It is December 11th, 2024 and the solar is still not done. I have had a power outage already and no power for almost 2 days. Brandon, who did the solar, is the only person who has been reliable. Communication is hideous and only happens when I call. I regret hiring this company and would not recommend them to ANYONE.

I recommend Above Board Construction very highly. They definitely go above and beyond for sure. Working to make sure the process is as easy as possible. They will even work with your insurance company to make everything goes so smooth for a fantastic easy outcome. They cleaned everything up leaving my Home looking beautiful. Above Board Construction replaced my 28 year old roof. Roof looks great!!!! Appears materials used where good quality. Hasnt been weather tested yet but I dont doubt it will with stand any storm.

All the Employees from the owner to the roofers where always available and very responsive to questions and responding immediately to things I wanted checked.

Work was accomplished within the price quoted. I recommend giving them a call and talking with them if your have any questions about your roof or are looking to get repairs or a roof replacement.

ABC was outstanding in every respect: Price, Professional, and Polite! They exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the roofing job.

They removed my existing solar panels and put them back up after they finished the roof. They also worked clean and even made sure there were no fallen roof nails in my yard when finished. They kept me informed on every aspect of what needed to be done.

I looked them up before contracting with them and they have a well earned four star rating. Simply the best!
