My can is never emptied. If I have a full can the driver always and I mean always makes sure to leave most of the trash. I put boxes, doesn't matter if broken down or not. He leaves trash. I have to call over and over. Then customer service person tells me how to put trash in the can. I am asked if I have bulk. It's trash, not building materials. I have had this service for yrs. I just canceled due my can not being emptied and customer service making it my fault my trash wasn't picked up. When customers service or other employees run a company. It is set up for failure.

Scale gals are great, washout guy Mo is awesome and the operators are helpful and give clear directions. Operators keep the dump site clear of "yuck" so I don't even change boots there. I haul tankers and roll-offs and would rather go here than any other landfill I've been to. Good job AEL.

This place closes at 530pm. I showed up at 5:40 with a uhaul rental to dump trash and now i have to pay for 24hrs rental to go again tomorrow instead. Plus those things eat a lot of gas and this location isn’t exactly close to town. Change your signs ans your times if your going to close early.

The employees always have a smile on their face. If you have a trailer, don't forget to bring a rake or shovel with you to make the offload process much easier. I think it cost us a little under $30.

Well I'm glad there is a dump ground as it is important. Several people in and out to help but unfortunately it's still hard to understand where to go to dump certain loads unless you are used to it. Maybe bigger labels or signs could help. Not sure. These workers are stressed both in the weighing office and in the field where people unload. It is apparently a very stressful thing because people have to be directed to do things all the time and more than once. Like how to move back from the scale so someone coming out can get weighed. So they have traffic issues. Not sure what could make this better except stop lights and intercom and another scale if possible.

Customer service at the dump? I'd say outstanding! The girl at the scale was happy and helpful but the thing that got me was the equipment operator where I dumped. He actually got down out of his machine and helped me unload. Who dose that? He was working on Saturday and in a good mood anyway. The whole experience makes me want to go find some trash and go back to the dump. Great job guys!

The worst experience I have ever gotten. Absolutely horrible customer service. We payed $40 to dump one item, meaning we drove on terrible roads for a few miles with little to no instruction or direction. It's a shame a place like this exists and I wish I hadn't contributed.

Took one mattress and a tiny little box and it was $52.. and I had to wait 35 minutes in a line AFTER I PAID.... No wonder why there's trash all over town, people can't afford the landfill..
