Worst dealership I've EVER purchased a vehicle from. It was going well with Tim Deaton and Jackson purchasing a 2024 Dodge Durango SRT 392 in August 2024.

Beginning problems:

1. I was also going to order a New Pacifica, but never received a return call, text, nothing from Tim.

Went to Ward Chrysler in Carbondale and purchased a 2024 Pacifica Road Tripper in October 2024.

2. When Jackson downloaded the Dodge Connect on the Durango it crashed my whole phone. Biometrics, everything. The only resolve was to factory reset my phone. Well, that's a hard NO.

3. Dodge Durango didn't have an engine cover and it started throwing codes when the engine was exposed to any type of water. Resolved through Chrysler. This took over 1.5 months, but the cover is on.

4. On Saturday, January 25, 2025 my husband drove the Durango to Sam's in Marion. I received a call from him telling me the Durango was throwing tons of codes, it was totally locked up. We couldn't have it towed because it wouldn't go in gear.

My husband called Absher/Arnold numerous times, no answer. I physically texted Jackson at the dealership and asked if they were open? No response until after hours.

In the meantime while my husband was stranded I called Ward Chrysler in Carbondale to see if they could assist. Not only were they going to assist, but tow the vehicle. We couldn't tow it because it wouldn't go into gear.

The Manager in the tire department at Sam's physically changed the battery (and this Durango only has 800 miles on it). Costing us an additional $218.87 for a new battery for a vehicle that only has 800 miles on it and sits in a garage.

This Durango was throwing so many codes that it sent out a SOS to Marion PD. An Officer showed up and found my husband along with the vehicle.

As of right now;

5. We spoke to Jackson late Saturday and he told us he would reach out first thing Monday morning or have Chris the Service Mgr call. Monday morning at 10 am still no phone call.

My husband called the dealership and spoke to Zach, Zach told him that Chris was in a meeting. My husband then asked if they had hired a new Manager yet and if so, pls accommodate. My husband spoke to the new Manager (Trevor). My husband explained the situation and told us he would have Chris call him ASAP. It's 12:37 Monday, January 27, 2025. No response.

6. My husband wasn't going to wait all day so he took the Durango to a different dealership.

I won't EVER go to this dealership again nor recommend anyone else either. NO customer service after the sale. A total pathetic dealership.

Worst dodge dealer, definitely worst dealer in general ever. I never seen or heard of a huge automaker company such as dodge treat their customers like this. I have a 18 ram 4500 with only 88000 miles which I bought brand new when purchasing the truck I was promised warranty 5 years or 100000 miles which was a lie but the issue here is I had the pcm go out and I took it to these scammers and now it’s been a year just sitting there same day and past 3 months I call every day since I live 5 hours away and they never answer I paid almost 5000 dollars for this issue to to be fixed and they keep claiming that it’s fixed I take it out and next day it goes out again and this has happened 6 times. Just for tow trucks to to back have paid over 2000 dollars for tows to get it back them since apparently they don’t know what they are doing maybe I should have took it to Chevy or ford and they would know more than these imbeciles I have a lawyer involved now i just want to warn people do not deal with these guys.
