Our situation was: We already had solar, but a salesman told us that adding more would eliminate our true-up. We trusted the salesman, but he was not forthcoming. We have a lot of trees, and he didn't do his due diligence, so the project was not even possible to complete, and there were issues to fix.

*** So, we started out disappointed until we got a hold of the company's COO, who promised to 'make the situation whole again,' and he followed through. The company made sure this salesman was held accountable so that this did not happen to anyone else. And they did everything that was asked of them so that we were able to move forward without any bad feelings. Now, we are happy to give them referrals to others.

Although I have limited experience with Accelerated, i've been pleasantly surprised by some of the staff I've spoken with. Their website has useful information as well. I'd highly recommend using their services if you're in need.

I can not say what I truly want to say Because God would not like the language I would have to use to explain what I feel . A company that preaches safety until it costs a few dollars then safety doesn't matter at all and if you tag out a piece of equipment they rip the tag off and send another driver out in the truck. With a winch line with over100 broken wires. So that proved to me they have ABSOLUTELY no respect for human life. Then cut your hours until you are starved out.
