This company did reasonably good work, but they have been sloppy with the paperwork for HPD, unnecessarily dragging out the process and putting undue strain to rectify documentation. The first time they forgot some of the work they were supposed to do, which required extra trips to the notary and repeated appointments with them and the city and the second time the paperwork was not properly filled out. It’s been three and a half months and I’m still trying to fulfill city requirements. This is their area of expertise and having proper paperwork to avoid wasted time is just as important for the customer experience as the actual work. Disappointed.

This company cancelled on me without even giving the curtesy of a phone call or email. This was after I bought plane tickets and made travel arrangements to meet them at the property.

Do not use this company. They are a scam and just want to take your deposit money and run.

Update in response to Steven's reply: Thank you for proving my point. This company accepts no responsibility for their actions and goes so far as to blame the customer. This is what you are in store for if you decide to use them.

My wife sent the deposit to you, and if you didn't receive it for whatever reason, we should have been notified so that we could resend a payment. Instead, there was ZERO communication. ZERO. They just cancelled our appointment and neglected to tell us anything. I had to call them.

I'm glad this happened because this is just an indication of the quality of your work and how you run your business. I should have caught on in the first few emails where you literally misspelled everything from my company name to the address, even though I sent you the name and address in the prior email. If you are getting things wrong on that basic level, I don't want you anywhere near my properties. There are a lot of other environmental companies in NY.

Don't be brought in by Steven's niceties on the phone. He is a snake in the grass.
