We've lived here 10 years now. This Ace store has helpful staff and we've been able to find household & pet items here that isn't available anywhere except online.

On this day my husband was planning a great meal and his smoker was low on pellets. He bought 2 BIG bags of good quality pellets for the smoker grill that produced some awesome pork & beef.

The employees are very polite and helpful. The store is clean and organized. If there's any specific item you need ask for John (The Ace Man) he is very knowledgeable and will get you what you need!

Awesome employees. Super helpful and friendly. Everything's organized neatly and easy to find in the products section. They have liquid fire for cleaning drains and it is the best drain cleaner I've seen. Open a window, turn on the vent, pour and let it sit for a minute then wash it down with cold water 3 to four times to make sure no residue is left behind.

The selections are ok, nothing special but the young employees are NOT friendly at all. In fact, I hate going to this store for this very reason. We all work too hard to have to deal with some cold rude kid at the register.

Pretty good selection, surprised they had specifically what was needed, prices were 5-10% higher then I've seen in collinsville and springfield but if it saves the drive then it pays for itself.
