I recently purchased a solar system from Ace Solaris.
Prior to starting the project, I had a consultation meeting with Thomas the sales manager. During our first meeting he answered all the questions in details and followed with additional information I requested. The project manager, Jakob also provided project specific details and outlined the steps involved. We signed the purchase contract after getting the project timeline details.
From my initial contact with Jakob, he guided us with details of each step and upcoming activity timeline. He communicated project details to us and answered all our questions. Ace Solaris acquired the city permit approval promptly and the work began. All the way through to the installers, electrician, and inspector, every member of the Ace Solaris team demonstrated exceptional customer satisfaction. l really appreciated their timeliness. The project execution progressed as planned.

Amazing and timely. Honestly I didn't know what to expect and or know where to begin this small project. So I turned to Angi's list a couple of weeks ago and Ace Solaris was one of the ones they recommended out. They contacted me and everything was done before I knew it.

Work: it was clean and quick. Looks great just check the images.

Service: diligent and respectful. Honesty Mark was on it and respectful of the property, my opinion, and the project. It was great to see he took his time in making sure it was done right, even down to the clean up. It is great seeing someone who takes pride in their work.

Overall: Amazing work! And honestly I will be keeping them in my contacts for future projects. Additionally, Mark mentioned that they do more than just electrical which means I may reach out sooner than later.

We’ve got a few proposals from different solar companies out of Glendale and a couple from Los Angeles and All had excellent reviews. I don’t think we would have gone far wrong with any of them. But there were huge differences in price and warranty policies. Many emails later to clarify details with the installers, we signed a contract with Ace Solaris. I am glad we did. The price and the warranty they had given was very attractive.
Working with Ace Solaris was about as good of an experience as anyone could have hoped for.
We particularly enjoyed how multi-cultural the Ace Solaris staff was. All of them are smart, hard-working and eager to satisfy their clients.
Many of the companies had recommended us Q-cell panels and Enphase micro-inverters, which is what Ace Solaris installed for us I am particularly pleased with the Enphase monitoring software which allows us to understand exactly how much power we’re getting from our system, by the day and by each panel.

A great company to work with! I had 28 solar panels, a batterie and an upgraded electrical panel installed. Ace Solaris took care of everything with the City of Los Angeles and then they gave me all the schematics needed for my HOA approval. Jakob kept me updated at every step of the journey, and communicated when the team would be here. Mark and the guys were always prompt, courteous, and clean and they did a great job!
