Great company. Used them to clean Septic tank and redo the drain field. They handled every aspect, we're done in a timely manner and best of all, the final bill was surprisingly less then the original quote. Thank you Acme.

Awesome company, fast response to both regular maintenance and emergency calls. The office staff in particular Tammy is the best, friendly, knowledgeable, follow up with inspection and compliance/transfer ownership requirements for operating ATU (aerobic treatment unit). Service technicians are good, respectful of the property. This company is highly recommended for all you septic needs!!!

I am updating my review to reflect a reduced rating of two stars. My original review was posted two weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact the manager, Adam, I have only received one response, which was initiated by my phone call. Adam mentioned that he would follow up with the manufacturer regarding the drain field issue, but I have yet to receive any updates or further communication. Calls to the establishment are consistently directed to voicemail, unless I use an alternate phone number, suggesting intentional avoidance. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress and may seek additional guidance.
This is my original review: My current rating stands at three stars. Tammy and the technician that came out demonstrated excellent professionalism. Conversely, management's response time regarding my ongoing concern has been subpar. After calling several days, I was able to speak to management, but waiting two weeks for an inspection to identify a potential drain field failure is unacceptable, given that water usage fills the tank and makes the system inoperable. As a 75 years old who has adopted my great grandchildren, daily showers are crucial.

Installed a new system over a year ago. Something is definitely wrong. Called them back out a few time's, they always say it's fixed. The leak starts again. My husband starting calling last month, no return call. We have had sewerage water and horrible smell on and off for over a year. I definitely wouldn't recommend! They never call back. They don't fix the issue, guessing they didn't install it correctly. The pin marker the City left, and the buld up of the tank are way off. I'm not stopping with this review. I'm having an inspection done and going from there. This is a horrible company!

From simple pump outs to installing new systems & drainfields, they do it all, on time and at a very fair price. These are the reasons I have them on speed dial. You should too!

Stay away from Acme. They installed our drain field less than two years ago in a new build. We started having constant issues at the 1 year mark. After they refused to do anything my husband dug up the main line from the septic to the drain field which showed the pipe was bowed, not draining correctly and leaking at the tank. They did come at that point and fixed it after we dug it up on our own to prove something was wrong. We still continued to have constant issues. After several attempts to get the owner to call us and come out for himself, which he has failed to do so, the company basically pointed fingers at everyone else and washed their hands of us. We are now in the process of replacing the entire system out of our own pocket. Once we dug up the drain field we found hard pan and old root systems stopping the system from draining. And the drain field was put in the wrong spot according to the site plan. But they aren’t taking any actions to rectify these issues or assist us in fixing their mistakes. I would highly suggest staying away from this company!
