Our company had grown quite a bit and we didn't know what direction to take. My husband and co-owner and I met with Steve and decided to utilize his services to help us plan for our future. He focused not just on the business but also on what "we as a married couple" wanted. We made some immediate decisions and started putting in some procedures that produced immediate results. We also attended one of his quarterly planning sessions which was very valuable. We kept the coaching going for 6 months and then decided to step back, only because we had so much still to do, and due to so many changes, implementing the plan needed some time.
