They are the best around. I have lived in many different places and dealt with several big and small utility companies. If you want a company that will actually CARE and do everything they can to help people, provided you're in their service area you would do well to choose Adams electric. I had a very complicated and heavy situation going on and had to make some changes to the account. Most companies would've made me wait weeks, fill out forms, and jump through hoops to fix my problem.
I simply made a call, told them my situation, and there was instantly true empathy in the ladies' voice who took my call. Even though I was frustrated and raised my voice (I think I even swore, I am sorry, and please don't consider this a license to be mean to them if you are reading)she said she would talk to a superior and get back to me.
I hung up, feeling defeated, I thought they were just paying lip service and it would be just like other companies (jump through hoops!)
I was WRONG. I got a call back within ten minutes from what I assume is the big boss Mary. She told me she had looked into it and fixed my issue entirely and succinctly. It wasn't the usual corporate greed response you get from the bigger companies, but a real person, really helping and doing what's moral not what's easy.
Thank you so much Adams electric, and specifically thank you Mary. I needed this ray of hope in what has been an awful month for me.
