First time I used Adams for a plumbing issue. Todd from Adams arrived on time and was very pleasant. He knew what the issue was right away. So instead of totaling replacing my sink garbage disposal, he was able to repair it saving me the cost of the new garbage disposal. The existing one was good to go and still had plenty of life in it according to Todd. Thanks to Todd for his professionalism. I will be using Adam’s for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Generac system installed today. Despite 1 1/2" of new snowfall, crew showed up as planned. Installation went smoothly and completed in 5 hours. Very professional and capable crew. Very neat installation. Adams handled all aspects of installation including building permits and natural gas meter upgrade. Couldn't be happier.

2 installations of backup gas powered generators: one at our residence and one at workplace. Very different experiences in each case. For the office, permits took longer, but installation was smooth and done efficiently. For our home, very different story. More complex install and technician quickly explained modifications needed to the original plan to make it work. No issues there. However, a few weeks post install we smelled gas around the house. After calling the utility company, learned that the installers had inadequately tightened pipes in 2 areas leading to leaks. This could have led to significant damage. Baker came out and fixed it eventually. Next, inspector determined that safety requirements had not been met so rework was needed and a breaker needed to be installed outside. Also, while testing (on my insistence), we uncovered that the refrigerator (one of the main equipment that we need backup power for) was not wired to this backup generator. That has also now been addressed and waiting for the next inspection to confirm. All in all, very low confidence in thus crew paying attention to detail which is an issue in this line of business.

Adams Electric is Excellent! On time, very professional! They came out and took care of my home with an emergency power outage. Also Mike came out and removed an old lamppost in my yard; all the wiring. Also repaired a couple outlets. And changed some lightbulbs for me I couldn’t get to. Answered all my questions. Excellent company! Would highly recommend! Thank you Adams for all the kindness and hard work!
