This attorney, knowing that the report from the court appointed psychologist clearly stated that my ex-wife had alienated my 5 children, advised me to sign a custody stipulation, that he swore was temporary but in fact was binding and permanent. To this day I still do not have any contact with my children because of this ridiculous, so-called temporary stipulation that he coerced me into signing. This has changed the course of my life forever. Every attorney that has seen the report as well as the stipulation cannot figure out why this incompetent advised me to sign it.
