We have never met a provider who is more thorough, understanding and attentive to the care of our children than Nathan Payne! We are forever in debt to the family who referred us to their practice. We have a son who was borderline expulsion at 8 years old and under the care of NP Payne we have been able to turn around his love of school and learning. He has come so far in the year we have been patients there and I 100% know it’s because of his provider. Thank you!

Great experience here, Michael Dobbins was a phenomenal provider. Very in-depth interview and attention to detail. Willing to discuss evidence based interventions for the needs of my children and the nuances of the different medications. Already referred a friend.

I can't thank this office enough!
Every staff member was so amazing and courteous. I never had to wait more than 5 min in the office for any of the 3 appointments I've had! Michael Dobbins is a gem! I appreciate how thorough he was in explaining my test results and treatment options! Thank you thank you ?

Since being a late diagnosed ADHD woman (40) I appreciate so much how friendly and easy accessing my care has been at the ADHD clinic. Getting a diagnosis and help to treat it can feel like a daunting task for someone with ADHD but the clinic makes it less stressful. I love how many text reminders they give for your upcoming appointments. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this place to me.

I also felt confident to bring my 9 year old son here when his ADHD symptoms started to become a problem for him at school. It is a huge relief as a mother to feel confident in a clinic that is there to help your child in such a sensitive matter.

Mike Dobbins is an excellent provider to both my son and me. He is very patient answering all my questions and addressing my concerns.

I don’t usually give 5 star reviews, but I took my kids to see Nathan Payne at this clinic and had an amazing experience. Nathan is beyond brilliant when it comes to ADHD, yet can explain things in a way I could understand. My daughter is high-masking and wouldn’t have been able to be diagnosed without Nathan and his recommendations of using the objective QB test. Now my kids can get the support they need. Thank you!

I felt that the testing and analysis done regarding my case was thorough and professional. I would recommend this office and Dr. Richardson was clear and explained the results in a very understandable way. I feel that she genuinely feels for her patients well being. As I have continued my treatment, the team in this office has been awesome and Dr. R is still on point, caring and wonderful to work with.
I am still getting awesome care

Medical professionals at this facility are highly knowledgeable and provide excellent advice tailored to individual needs. However, there is room for improvement in the scheduling team and front desk staff. They sometimes lack clarity in communicating scheduling exceptions and demonstrate a lack of empathy and caring attitude, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. It is crucial for healthcare professionals to prioritize patient convenience and well-being, and this issue should be addressed to ensure a better patient experience.
