I have to say that this is one of the nicest, most reasonably priced, response time within an hour. This is by far the best company I have dealt with personally. I'm not even from the area, I was visiting a friend. The lady that answered the phone was completely wonderful and the young man that came and towed me out Robbie. Was the best ever!!!! They are very polite,They held true to their word, very inexpensive and have a great professional attitude. I would recommend them to anyone and again, I am not from this area, I'm from Missouri, but they should be your number one phone call if you need anything. THANK YOU TRULY

If I could give them 500 1 star reviews I would. I dropped off my car to them because of a service light came back on after I paid them $400 to fix it. Blah blah 7 months later- and they never touched the car. I went over to pick my car up- Jamie said “no charge for the car” what were you going to charge me? Money to store my car there while you guys twiddle your thumbs and look at it in your lot? Horrible service. Horrible place. I go so far to mention to people how bad this place is- even when someone is not in need of a maintenance/repair place.

I’ve been doing business with these guys for close to thirty years. Never had a bad experience. Great people and quality work all the way around. Ron and Jamie and the rest of the crew are polite and friendly and they have the talent of thinking outside of the box. More than once if a part couldn’t be found they fixed the problem with the part. Won’t take my stuff anywhere else.

Our car broke down on the side of I-70, and within 15 minutes of calling ADR they had arrived with a tow truck to pick us up. They were extremely communicative with the car’s problems and worked efficiently to get us back on the road. Despite needing to get a tough part replaced, they were able to find it and fix the car. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!

Highland is lucky to have a local business like ADR. I had and issue that made our new palisade inoperable. I was concerned about how I would get this vehicle back to Highland from west county Missouri. ADR picked it up, brought it back to their shop resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. I couldn't be happier with the service, price, and quality of work. This is one of the Gems in Highland. Jamie you rock thank you for taking such good care of us. Thankful to live here!

I took a 2014 Ram 2500 in for a badly needed alignment and they were prompt, fair priced, and professional. I saw some negative reviews on here and being a mechanic myself, I feel some of that comes with the territory of repair shops. People have unrealistic expectations with the vehicle they're driving. My own experience was completely positive and I find it hard to believe some of the things said on here. I'm not from this community so I don't have bias to this shop and judging them solely on their work. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend this shop. If I ever need help with maintenance that I don't have the equipment to accomplish, this is the shop I will be using.
