The 20X Green Apple smells great and literally cleans EVERYTHING! It will get grease out of clothes, I shampoo the carpet with it, we clean our shoes with this, mop the floors, and use it as a bathroom cleaner! It is a multipurpose cleaner that actually works on everything. 10/10 I recommend!!!

Carolyn was so pleasant, gentle, and honest with showing me how amazingly well the green apple multipurpose cleaning solution worked! She cleaned some house siding, my car, a window, and then talked about how eco-friendly and safe it was. I used it after she left. It really is different and works amazingly. Door to door sales is hard and I was happy to support her.

My wife was home with kids when a stranger came to our door to sell us cleaning products from Advantage Diversified Products, Inc. that were $80 (for two 1 quart bottles!). My wife repeatedly tried to politely tell the man that we were not interested. He made unprofessional comments towards my wife that made her feel uncomfortable (like he was hitting on her) then continued trying to sell to her, to the point she felt that the ONLY way to get him to leave was to purchase. She immediately called me to let me know what had happened and I called the number that was on the product. A woman answered and assured me that our card would never be charged and apologized over and over about how the salesman acted. I received my quarterly statement from the account that my wife paid with, and to my surprise, there's a charge from a company called New Challenge for the same amount of the cleaner! I called-in again to Advantage Diversified Products, Inc. to see what I needed to do. A gentleman answered, told me there was no way the woman I spoke with originally would have said that about the return and that I would need to take it up with a company called New Challenge that handles the sales. No sympathy, no apology for having to go through this, and basically calling me a liar because my experience didn't conform to their return policy. Said there was nothing he could do about a purchase from that time ago, even though I had a reference number on my statement. So, I hang up, and call New Challenge. Guess who answers- same man that answered at Advantage Diversified Products, Inc. He says that they are in the same building so sometimes the customer service gets shared. He goes on to claim he works for both of them. This man is obviously not going to help me, I plead with him to try and get in touch with the woman I spoke to originally at the time of the sale (at this point he has already told me that there is only one woman that answers phones at Advantage Diversified Products, Inc.) He essentially tells me that he's not going to waste her time with this because he doesn't believe she said what she told me. I reiterate that my main problem with all of this is the way the salesman acted and that we never used the product and would gladly send it back to them at my expense. Doesn't matter. He then goes on to tell me that the only thing I can do is send in the receipt with my request for a refund. but refunds are only issued a with in 3 days of sale.... I will be making every effort I can to share what this traveling salesman business is doing. We have a no soliciting sign up, did not ask for a demonstration, did not inquire for more information. Just a random stranger showing up at our door trying to sell stuff we did not want. My wife told him no, but he would not take no for an answer. He went on to say her body looked really good, and things like that, to the point she felt like making the purchase was the only way to get him to leave. If $80 is what it took to stop the man form accosting my wife any longer- so be it. I feel like anyone else considering a purchase from either Advantage Diversified Products, Inc or New Challenge should know about the way they handle their customers and business.
