The customer service at this company is awful! Without calling, emailing, or mailing a notice, my service was canceled on 9/17, and I had only just started service on 8/21/22. My bill was incorrect, did not state my service was inactive, and they just stopped picking up my garbage, even though the billing cycle wouldn't end until 11/31/22! Even after explaining this to them, and the fact that I'm on a fixed income, and would be happy to pay on my next pay date,which would not be until 2 days after my next pick-up day, they would not reinstate my account, and said they had no fault.

I have had my recycling bin out for 4 days, have called multiple times and been told I will receive pick up the following day, still no pickup. I had issues with yard waste collection and the girls on the phone not knowing what addresses get yard waste and being told the complete incorrect thing. I’ve been told 4 separate times my phone number and info has been given to a manager about the issues I’m having and still have no received a call back in the last 2 weeks. I will be canceling my service and am so grateful there are other companies that pick up here. If you have the option to not use Advanced Disposal I would pick any other possible company.

Advanced Disposal is fast and clean. Never leave a mess like our previous two disposal companies. I can choose to use the recycling cart left, or put it all in the trash and they will sort it out for me. I especially love their flag disposal option. It's nice to see a company that treats our flags with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Great service all the time. Very nice office and phone staff. You pick up what I put down. You recycle what has been used once so it can be used again. What can I say, you guys are great.

I don't like it when you call and call get nuthing but voice mail... any better places that pick up there phones up out here? When I call is when i want the answers i don't play waiting games... this place even hit 0 guess what you go to voice mail hit 3 then 1 for scale guess what voice mail for like 45 mins so I gave up on this place can't take my call dont worry you will not get as much for me I'll find new place...
