After reading reviews, I called and set up an appointment to have my property evaluated. Maggie was friendly and got me scheduled right away. Ian came out the next day, gave me a heads up with a call and later a text, and was lovely and very informative. He even identified areas in my roofing that could be issues with pests in the future! I felt comfortable setting up service with him and saw good results in the first 24-48hrs. Looking forward to keeping my property well cared for. I think Advanced IPM has a great team!
