AdvantaClean did an awesome job with our home. We had just finished a new home build and the contractor and his subs were horrible. For 9 months we fought with them just to try and get them to do a decent job. So we were very concerned about having another company work on our home, but I found Josh with AdvantaClean to be very professional. he came in and inspected our crawl space and recommended French drains and pump, along with new barrier. This is the same thing two other companies said. The price was much better for the service.

The team came out (Crew Chief Sarah, techs Matt, Blake and Ethan) to complete the work. They were on time, and work very hard. They were very informative throughout the process. The work done is excellent, and the odor we had from the way it was is gone, and the crawl space is nice and dry. the drains and pump work very well.

I would definitely recommend this company and this crew. They were very professional, really seemed to care about the work they did, and told us to call if we have any questions or concerns and they would be right out if need be.

I'm a big fan of promoting those that believe in and invest in their own business and in allowing for second chances through learning opportunities. I had some initial challenges with work that AdvantaClean had performed. I made Dan (owner) aware. He asked for the opportunity to make things right. I was in the process of selling my house and needed some remediation work to be performed. After I explained my situation to Dan, he personally came out on a Saturday morning and reviewed the work that his team had performed. He also agreed to personally speak with potential buyers of my property to explain the work that his team and performed and put his company's reputation on the line by assuring them that the remediation work that needed to be performed lived up to code and that they did not need to worry. He also agreed to come back out with his crew today and review the work again with his crew. He used the opportunity to educate and teach his team as to what his expectations are. He has now lived up to my expectations and I trust that his team would learn from him too. Dan is a very genuine guy who is personally invested in growing his business. He asked for a chance to make things right, I gave it to him and he exceeded my expectations. I'll recommend AdvantaClean and Dan's team as long as his team emulates his passion for his business. They were very prompt and met me to give me a proposal. Then they worked with me knowing that I was waiting for a buyer for the house before having the work done. The work was a bit more extensive then expected but they honored the price they gave me in return for a little more time. It was a good work experience, I will definitely use them again!! I feel Dan is very ethical, honest, reliable, knowledge and a joy to with with!
He was reasonable in his pricing and he addressed all my concerns and explained my options in detail. The work was done well and I am a happy customer!
I own a rental home and had an extremely difficult tenant that was uncooperative, rude and unaccessible making it very hard to get the mold remediation and French drain work started. Dan was very professional, patient and understanding and often had to rearrange his schedule to accommodate the tenants erractic behavior. This meant the world to me!
Once we were able to start the job he got it done in several days and has gone back to check up on the water intrusion issue several times to make sure that everything was working properly and that no water was seeping through the foundation. I also had a total encapsulation of the crawlspace which I am very happy with it.
