I appreciate the helpful management at this facility. They live on-site and ensure that nothing goes un-monitored. They are always willing to go out of their way to take care of their customers. The climate control units are very clean and affordable. All of the facilities look pretty new (maybe a couple of years?). I have stored elsewhere in southern Illinois, but old units and bug issues have been a problem. From now on I'll stick with SI Safe Storage.

I have stored some extra furniture in other storage units in the past, but I never felt as comfortable not being with my stuff until I used S.I. Safe Storage. The staff members are competent and diligent; they made me feel like my items were in good hands. Brenda is always available during the day to help with payment of bills, or any information needed about the unit.
