Yesterday was the first time I used this place. From the time I entered the staff was very quick, friendly and the whole time there the staff was on key! The nurse I had, Francis was amazing. Dr. Melissa Smith was also amazing! Most nurses and drs cut you short while talking. These 2 in particular sat and listened to all your concerns and answered everything! Today I had to call back and Amaila who took my call was amazing as well. The whole staff was just beyond amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone! From reception desk to the back to X-rays techs was amazing! Great experience! Great job Advent Health!!!!

Although everyone was absolutely nice and kind, I feel that I was just rushed. I broke my foot. They x-rayed my foot and confirmed it was indeed broke. Put a boot on me and sent me home. They wanted me to see a podiatrist within 3 days. None have an opening till next month! The one who read the x-ray said the break does not look stable and may need surgery. I feel they should have sent me to the hospital to have farther evaluation. But, I am wearing the boot and hopefully it will heal fine. The within 3 days is so it does not need to be re broke to set it properly. It's too late now. And I won't get it re broken! Go to the real hospital unless it's something simple.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome due to a painful ear ache they took me back to do my vitals, and was taken immediately into a room where a nurse was there ready to assist, and also the provider followed in to help and immediately placed orders and everything went smooth and they kept checking up on me until the CT scan was read and everything was explained to me. everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful in some ways, and as I was leaving, I was told to have a blessed.

Exceptional visit. I was first warmly welcomed. Then I had an incredibly caring nurse followed by a visit within a few minutes from a knowledgeable Dr. Everyone made a health issue so much more manageable with their professionalism and kindness. Posted for my 89 year old Father.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IN PARTIN SETTLEMENT. I am amazed with the experience that I had this afternoon. Since I arrived, every staff member, front desk, security, nurses, x-ray associates and doctor gave me the best treatment. They actually took the time to ask how I was feeling and how they can help. The gentleman from the X-rays took the time and ask about what happened to me nicely and patiently. Usually in other places they just says “Im here for X-ray and that it” as the rest of the team were very helpful and kind.

I went in last night and I felt I received the VIP treatment which this takes a lot coming from me. Everyone was friendly and caring. I wasn’t there for too long and they took good care of me. I was hesitating to go in because I’m not too crazy about hospital, but the pain got worst & I had no other choice. I appreciate you all and thank you for everything & for making me feel little better. God bless .

I was treated with such care, kindness and respect. The front desk staff was welcoming and focused. Dr. Earwood was very gentle, polite, listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with my stay. The hospital was very clean and my nurses were also very pleasant and warming!

It is the best Hospital in Osceola County. The staff that works there are very helpful and highly trained. If you have a medical emergency and are looking for a clean place and the best medical service, this is the best place!!!!!
