I had the most awesome doctor Tana Haynes and I was only wanting a referral to get a mammogram as my mom is in remission from triple negative breast cancer. I avoid doctors usually but my New Year's resolution was to take better care of myself. Immediately upon entering the room she noticed I looked a little tired and she started asking me questions about my health and my usual attitude is "don't give a doctor a reason to run tests because it might be serious". Plus I would rather not know. I admitted I didn't sleep well and she referred me to a sleep study. Then she asked me about swollen ankles and I said yes. After it was all said and done and I admitted the truth about my health being neglected she gave me a smile and didn't judge me knew I wanted to commit to bettering my health and ordered a few different tests for me and gave me answers to why I have been feeling the way I have. She is a doctor that knows her stuff and made me feel comfortable about my issues and she didn't waste any time calling me herself that evening to give me the results of my blood tests. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Tillamook Community. I hope all the doctors at Adventist Health are like her. She touched my heart and honestly care about her job and helping people get diagnosed and treated correctly. Thank you Tana!

I went to urgent care on a Saturday. Check-in was speedy and the wait in the lobby was short even though they were busy. The medical assistant took my stats in a timely manner. Thank you for putting me in a room instead of waiting in the lobby. The wait was rather extensive and I knew it would be as they were busy. I laid down and took a nap while waiting. It was a nice nap too! Thiessen, NP was very thorough going over and beyond. Thank you for requesting my prescription so quickly. My medication was ready at the pharmacy when I got there. Thanks again for the kind professionalism from all staff.

I ended up in the ER last night with a knee injury. I want to shout out to Amanda RN this lady was absolutely amazing. She listened, she cared for me and she described everything. She was a blessing to see! The MD this was his 3rd day but he was amazing also. Very caring, full of knowledge and absolutely wonderful. Amazing care at the ER.

Ended up in the ER after a particularly rough day and everyone there was fantastic. They are small, with only 9 beds and I arrived at the same time that 4 ambulances did (the rough day seemed to be a regional thing) and I still waited an hour or less before they got me in. I was on the campus, including imaging, for less than a typical wait time at the VA or any other big hospital in the Portland area.

Was seen yesterday for a burn injury. The staff was amazing Larry and the front desk associate got me in quickly the triage nurse was very professionally and prompt. Richard and Dr. Miller made me feel well taken care of. Thanks again!

Dr. Nelson is wonderful. She takes such time to listen and understand your concerns. Im happy I was referred to her by multiple people. Love the PC clinic too.

Although I chickened out of my cranial mri I am grateful that Jeff Percy happened to come in that day and was the tech. He thoroughly explained the process and when I squeezed the ‘escape’ ball he returned within seconds. His calm and incredibly kind demeanor made me feel like I could definitely do it, but when I decided to opt out of trying again he was still encouraging and understanding. Looking forward to rescheduling this scan with him and with more of a preparedness!

Also, the gal who checked me in was incredibly helpful!!

I was checked in by a very friendly woman and then met with Dr. Haynes for the first time and she was wonderful and very helpful! Even the ladies drawing my blood made it a pleasant experience! I left feeling that I was in very good hands!
