Sean was a great communicator. The day that our weed service was scheduled was super windy. Rather than risking getting spray on the surrounding plants, he rescheduled not once but twice (since both days were too windy). He explained the reason for the cancellation and apologized both times. The third time he made a concerted effort to get there early in the morning before the winds could pick up to the day.

It's for reasons like this that we choose Adventure. They care more about the customer than a quick buck. Their products and service are top notch!

Sean was great. He called asking if he could come earlier than scheduled to get us taken care of before the winds kicked up. Then Sean took the time the walk the property with me so I could show what we wanted sprayed for weeds and what we didn't. Very polite, Adventure has a good person in Sean!

I love the service I receive from Adventure Pest! Randy did our rodent control today. He considerate and gave us a heads up when he was on his way. This allowed us to get the pups inside and open the gate for him!

Adventure Pest Control is a 5+ to work with! We highly recommend this company for any of your pest or wildlife needs. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a company online, and people need to know what a quality job everyone I have interacted with has done over the past several months.

Megan was the first person I spoke to on the phone. With the way she handled my questions and was so incredibly responsive, I knew this was the company we needed to work with. Katie has been great with scheduling the various treatments and keeping us informed of next steps.

Darren was the first individual to come to the property and conduct an inspection in late 2024. Darren has been wonderful to work with. He is punctual, communicative, and responded to all of the questions we had. He conducted a very thorough inspection and even came back for some additional inspection items.

When the exclusion work began, Tyler was the individual who completed most of the work. Darren did assist for a few days, and they made a wonderful team. They let me know when they would be arriving every day, were punctual, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. They took care of everything! Both individuals receive an A+ in my book! Thank you for all that you did to help during a very stressful situation.

Randy has been the technician who has been coming regularly now that the exclusion work is done. Again, another fabulous employee who ensures everything is done beyond expectations. A big thank you to this wonderful team of professionals. Patty and Carol

We have been with Adventure for six years. Our house is deep in the woods where lots of creepy crawlers live but we’ve never had an issue with any inside, thanks to Adventure Pest Control. Randy has serviced our home since 2019 and is friendly, dependable and always communicates about what’s going on at our property. He’s also kind and patient with our kids! He treats our property like his own and feels more like a partner than a service provider.
