There is no one else I would trust in a mold situation now. In this entire process we’ve come across companies who tried to up charge us, sell us unnecessary products/services and on the contrary Aeris have been unbiased with a wealth of wisdom, honesty and knowledge. They are unbelievably thorough with their inspection, and found mold in places where our home inspector 100% should have (without doing any damage to the home)

We had Alejandra come to inspect, and you can see the utmost care and critical thinking she put into the job. She followed every clue and gave us a very comprehensive report with steps on how exactly to remediate. Not only that but she was kind, empathetic, and helpful giving us her honest opinion so we wouldn’t get ripped off by remediation or duct cleaning companies. She helped us better understand the situation in a patient and caring way and it was unbelievably appreciated.

From initial phone call to the end results, Jesse and the rest of his team were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, honest and just plain perfect. If you are looking for a better environmental consultancy firm other than Aeris in South Florida, good luck but you are just wasting your time.

They were very upfront with what they saw and were not interested in simply adding services to generate a big bill which they totally could have done.
