Agility technology service is top rated. We converted our telephone lines over to them on Christmas Eve during a outage and they responded within 24 hours and had our New telephone lines, Up And Running immediately

I recently starting using Agility for our office communication needs. Purchased 4 desk phones, and one conference room phone from them, as well as monthly service. So far, so good. The sound quality is good, no issues with the hardware. Their tech support department is excellent - I send an email, they fix the problem right away. Can't ask for any more than that. We also had them come out and clean up some cables that were no longer needed, and that team did a great job, too. I'm satisfied with the service, and the people.

We started with our phone service through Agility and have expanded them to be our IT department as well! Everything is amazing and affordable! Their team of experts are just that experts! No question I have asked has been handled in any other way than with professionalism! We were about to loose our entire computer system, Agility, came in, worked with our IMS and built a stand alone server! They did so quickly and efficiently and we never went down and we did not loose anything! Thank you Agility!!!

I have been working hands on with Cory from Agility in order to get a wireless headset set up for our office phone and boy did he deliver big time. Not only did Cory do the work in searching and finding a wireless headset that would work with out phone systems, he then sent out Nathan to come and help set up the headset and make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend working with Agility for all your phone and MANY other services.

This company is a "caring" company who displays good customer service. They are quick to respond to calls and always stand ready to give complete assistance. Not too many companies show such concern for their customers. Kudos to Agility Communications.......they communicate!!!!
